Formulation
Each mL contains:
Iron Sucrose equivalent to elemental Iron as Fe-3 20mg
Indication
For the treatment of iron-deficiency anemia in NDD-CKD, HDD-CKD and PDD-CKD patients receiving erythropoietin.
Dosage
Adult dose:
100mg iron administered one to three times per week to a total dose of 1,000mg in 10 doses, repeat if needed. Frequency of dosing should be no more than three (3) times weekly.
