Initially 100mg/25mg tid, increased by 1 tab/day every 1-2 days up to max of 8 tab daily. Dosage adjustment: Increase by 1 tab every other day as necessary, except 250mg/25mg where increases should be 1/2-1 tab every 1-2 days.
