Formulation
Each film-coated tablet contains:
Losartan Potassium 50mg
Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ) 12.5mg
Indication
For the treatment of hypertension, where combination therapy is appropriate.
Dosage
Initial and maintenance dose:
One (1) tablet once daily, may be increased to two (2) tablets once daily.
